Account strategy
A clear plan for the campaigns, keywords, and budgets that will drive the best return.
Our Google Ads management for Toronto and GTA businesses puts you in front of buyers at the moment they search, then tracks every call, form, and sale back to the keyword that earned it. Read on for the campaign types we run, from Search to Performance Max and Local Services Ads, plus costs, the first 90 days, and straight answers on budgets.
Free Website Audit →Most ad accounts quietly waste budget on the wrong clicks: broad keywords, searches from outside your service area, and automated recommendations accepted without review. Our Google Ads management in Toronto rebuilds the account around high-intent searches and tight targeting, so more of every dollar reaches buyers who actually convert.
Location matters here. A campaign for a North York clinic, a Mississauga contractor, and a store shipping across Canada need different targeting, schedules, and bids. We set those up deliberately, track calls and forms as conversions, and keep chasing a lower cost per lead and a higher return.
If the old name is more familiar, this is what used to be called AdWords management. As a Google Ads agency serving Toronto we focus on this one platform here; for a view across every paid channel, see our PPC management service.
Shopping campaigns and organic listings read the same Merchant Center feed, so we plan ads together with the organic side of your store's search presence.
For dentists, emergency and implant campaigns work well alongside organic search for dental practices, and both are written to the same RCDSO limits.
Legal keywords are some of the most expensive clicks on Google, so we plan paid campaigns together with organic search for law firms.
For trades with urgent demand, ads work best alongside a contractor SEO program that builds organic quote requests over time.

Text ads on the searches that signal intent to buy. The core of most accounts, and where we start for service businesses and B2B.
Google's automated campaign across Search, Maps, YouTube, Gmail, and Display. Powerful with clean conversion data and brand exclusions, wasteful without them, so we add it once tracking is proven.
Pay-per-lead listings above the regular ads for eligible trades and professions. Reviews drive placement, so they pair well with Google Business Profile optimisation.
Product listings with image and price, fed by Merchant Center. For online stores, feed quality decides results as much as bidding does.
Ads that bring back visitors who looked but did not enquire. Low cost, and useful when your customers take weeks to decide.
Video and visual ads for reaching people before they search. We use them selectively, once search demand is already being captured.
Account audit or new build, keyword and negative keyword lists, and conversion tracking for calls, forms, and purchases.
Ads are live and visible immediately. Google's bidding is still learning, so we watch search terms closely and block irrelevant clicks.
Budget moves to the keywords, areas, and hours that produce leads. Ad copy and landing page tests begin with real data behind them.
You should know what a lead costs and how many to expect per month. From here we scale budget or add campaign types where the return supports it.
Your total has two parts: the clicks you buy from Google, and the fee for managing them. Our fees are published on the Google Ads and PPC pricing page.
Straight answers, no jargon. Anything else on your mind? Just ask.
Our management fee starts at $350 per month, with plans at $499 and $1,099 for larger accounts. Ad spend is separate and paid to Google. Across Toronto agencies, a typical market range is a monthly retainer from several hundred to several thousand dollars, or 10 to 20 per cent of spend. See our PPC pricing for what each plan includes.
Budget for enough clicks to learn from each month. Google sets no minimum, but a budget that buys only a handful of clicks a day takes a long time to show what works. After researching click prices in your market we recommend a realistic starting figure, then scale as the data shows what is profitable.
Your ads are visible the day campaigns go live, and first enquiries often arrive within the first week or two. Meaningful conversion data builds over the first month. By around month three you should have a stable cost per lead, which is when scaling decisions become safe to make.
You do. The account is created in your business's name, billed to your card, and we work in it through manager access. You pay Google directly, which keeps spend transparent. If we ever part ways you keep the campaigns, the history, and the conversion data, and simply remove our access.
For most lead generation accounts, start with Search. It shows you exactly which searches trigger your ads and lets you block the irrelevant ones. Performance Max works best once conversion tracking is reliable and there is enough data to guide it, and it suits online stores with a good product feed earlier than it suits service businesses.
Often, yes, if your trade or profession is eligible. You pay per lead rather than per click, and the listing sits above regular search ads. Placement depends heavily on reviews, responsiveness, and your service area, and availability varies by category in Canada, so we check eligibility first and usually run them beside Search rather than instead of it.
By cost per lead and return, not clicks. Before launch we set up conversion tracking for form submissions, phone calls from ads and from your website, and purchases where relevant. Your monthly report shows spend, leads, cost per lead, the search terms that produced them, and what we changed.
Yes, and we recommend it. Ads deliver traffic immediately while SEO builds lasting rankings, and each makes the other smarter: search term data from ads shows which keywords are worth ranking for, and strong organic pages make better landing pages for ads.
Four things: the right targeting, strong ads, well-matched landing pages, and constant optimisation. Most underperforming accounts we review are missing at least one, usually tracking or the landing page. If the page is the weak point, our WordPress web design team can build one made for the campaign.
